As summer markets wind down, there are a couple of changes to our pickup locations—Bridgeland, Hillhurst-Sunnyside, Rosscarrock.
Wednesdays
Hillhurst-Sunnyside Farmers Market - Wednesdays from 3:00-7:00 PM
*Effective October 25th*
Formerly outdoors, we will remain at the HSCA but you can now pickup indoors in the Hearth Room and shop additional purchases of seasonal market veggies, farm fresh eggs, mushrooms and more.
Thursdays
Bridgeland @ Good Earth Coffee House - Thursdays from 3:00 - 7:00 PM
*Effective October 12th - note slight time change*
Formerly at the BRCA Outdoor Market, you can now pickup indoors at Good Earth Coffee House. Street parking is available for cars, bike parking is available and this location is right off the Bridgeland-Memorial C-Train line. This location is physically accessible. [self-serve]
This location is one block south of our summer set up at the Bridgeland-Riverside Farmers Market and will now be self-serve.
Rosscarock Community Association - Thursdays from 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM
Formerly outdoors, once the weather turns you can pickup indoors at the RCA in the main hallway and shop additional purchases of seasonal market veggies, farm fresh eggs, mushrooms and more. [staffed]
Self-serve pickups at many locations
The majority of our pickup locations are self-serve going into this winter.
Find your order
When you arrive at your pickup location you’ll find a clipboard that details what you’ll find in your harvest box and/or fruit share this week. Search through the list to find your name and order number(s), initial in the box to mark that you have picked up, then find the matching order number taped on the outside of the bins and on the bag(s) with your name on it.
Trade bin
If there’s something in your harvest box that you’re not interested in, simply make a swap with something from the container marked “Trade Bin”! Each item can only be swapped for one item (e.g. 2 ears of corn = 1 unit, and can be traded for any 1 unit of produce in the trade bin. Sorry no half-trades!). You can make as many swaps as you like - but please remember that the trade bin is a shared space! Other customers use it too!
