Chefs Farmer / Grand Trunk Veggies

Grand Trunk Veggies is an urban farm that started in Calgary's West-Hillhurst neighborhood by Kye Kosher. The farm has recently been taken over by Josh and Sarah Spackman. They use donated yards for food production, soil repair, and neighborhood beautification. They’ve curated 1/3 of an acre from the donated yards in Hillhurst, St. Andrews Heights, and Banff Trail neighborhoods.
What they grow for us: baby spinach, red Russian kale, mizuna, radishes, cilantro, chives, mint, and parsley.
