COHB Recipe – Carrot Cake Chia Pudding

From the Cooking 'Outside' the Harvest Box video - Chia Seed Pudding

Chia Seeds – 1/4C

Nut Mylk – 1C

Maple Syrup – 1tsp

Cinnamon – 1/2tsp

Vanilla – 1tsp

Method: Combine all ingredients in a mason jar, shake to mix the pudding together.

Shake occasionally to break up the chia seeds, store in the fridge for 4 hours for best results

Carrot Cake Chia Pudding

 Carrot (grated) – 2

Toasted Walnuts – 1/4C

Cinnamon – 1/4tsp

Ground Ginger – 1/4tsp

Dates – 2 chopped

Method: Mix ingredients together with the chia pudding and top with the Saskatoon berry compote and enjoy!

Saskatoon Berry Compote

Saskatoon’s – 1/2share

Ginger – 1tsp fine chop

Orange – 1 zest & juice

Lemon – 1 zest & juice

MOB Honey – 1tbsp

Method: Combine all ingredients in a pot on low heat, simmer to break down the berries.

Reduce liquid for about 10mins.
